Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 25 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all work We do for You, unless We agree in writing to something different. By approving a quote, signing a proposal, or paying an invoice, You accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

Working Together

We keep the process simple, from brief to delivery. Decisions need to be made quickly so We can keep momentum and deliver on time.

Quotes and Scope

If it is not in the quote, it is not included. If the brief changes or new deliverables are requested after approval, We will issue a change quote. Work pauses until the change quote is approved.

Revisions

Every project includes:

  • 1 round of concept revisions
  • 2 rounds of refinements

A revision means changes to the concept or direction proposed.

A refinement means changes to the chosen direction, such as layout, copy placement, colours, sizing, or other small adjustments.

Additional revision or refinement rounds beyond those included are billed separately and will only proceed once approved by You in writing.

Timelines and Delays

Timelines depend on the brief being clear and decisions being made quickly. If feedback, content, or approvals are delayed, the timeline shifts accordingly. We will confirm the updated timing with You in writing.

Payment

A 50% deposit is due to secure the booking and start work.

The remaining 50% is due before final delivery, which includes final files, exports, handover, or website launch.

We reserve the right to pause work if invoices are overdue.

Late Payment

Reasonable recovery costs may apply if We need to follow up through formal channels to recover an overdue payment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If You cancel a project after paying the deposit, We keep the deposit to cover reserved time and work already completed. Work completed up to the cancellation point may be handed over to You at Our discretion.

If a project is paused for more than 30 days, We may need to reschedule Your slot based on availability.

Client Responsibilities

To keep pace with the project, You agree to:

  • Provide content, access, and feedback when requested
  • Ensure the right decision maker is available for approvals
  • Approve work in writing at key stages

Deliverables and Handover

Final deliverables are supplied after the final balance is paid.

We deliver what is listed in Your package or quote. Anything beyond that is treated as additional scope and quoted separately.

Copyright and Usage

Once full payment is received, You own the final approved deliverables created for Your project.

We may show the work in Our portfolio and marketing unless You request confidentiality in writing.

Third-Party Tools and Services

If Your project uses third-party tools, such as hosting, domains, plugins, fonts, stock imagery, or apps, You are responsible for those costs unless We agree otherwise in writing. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third parties.

Liability

We will always work to professional standards. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit, lost revenue, or business interruption.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Acceptance

By approving a quote, signing a proposal, or paying an invoice, You agree to these Terms and Conditions.
